7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to deliverable addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

After dispatch, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 4–6 business days. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by weather, peak shipping periods, carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch, although the carrier may require additional time before the first tracking event appears.

8. Order Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, the applicable return, exchange, and refund procedures are governed by our Refund Policy.

Eligible purchases may generally be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Refund Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind returns and confirmed quality or fulfillment issues, applicable return shipping is covered as described in the Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, a payment provider or financial institution may require approximately 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
